Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you're welcome to return it.

According to § 56 of the Debt Law Act, the consumer may withdraw from the contract concluded by means of communication within 14 days. The deadline starts from the day the goods have reached the consumer.

If the buyer withdraws from the product, we will return the amount paid by him/her promptly, but no later than within 14 days after receiving the returned goods. The buyer must return the goods received from the seller immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the withdrawal statement.

To return or exchange an item:

1. Send us a free form application by e-mail at orders@teeswank.com and mark there following information:

• Order number
• The date of receipt of the order
• Name of the returned product, size
• Buyer's name, surname, contact
• Photos of the product (if possible)

Teeswank tees are all printed to order, our exchange process is that you return the tee, get a refund, and make a new order.

2. The goods to be returned must be unused and, if possible, in the original packaging. The goods must not be dirty or damaged in any other way (we examine the goods under the same conditions as if it were done in a physical store). Goods removed from their original packaging must be repackaged in such a way that they cannot be damaged during the return process.

When returning the goods, please ensure that the orderer's name remains visible on the original packaging, or add a label with the orderer's name or order number inside the package.

If you have also ordered a gift box, you do not have to return it, but you can. If you also return the gift box and it is in good condition, we will issue a refund for that as well.
